○ Submission Eligibility - Internationally licensed Radiological Technologists.
○ Submission Period - Abstract: 21 April , 2025 - 25 July , 2025 - Oral Presentation (PPT): by September 30, 2025 - Poster Presentation: by September 30, 2025
○ Abstract Selection - Notice of Acceptance: September 1, 2025 - The academic committee will review the submitted abstracts, and the results will be announced on the conference website by September 1, with individual notifications sent by e-mail.
| ○ Guidelines - Presenters in the International Session must submit abstracts in English. - Abstract submission is mandatory for both oral and poster presentations. * Please use the attached template. - Presenters must register for the conference in advance. - Poster Presentation: 90 cm Width x 130 cm Height - Oral Presentation: Within 8 minutes
